We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
