We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
